CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS
Grace Home Furnishings may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and such modification shall be effective immediately upon the posting of the modified agreement. You agree to review this agreement periodically to ensure that you are aware of any modifications. Your continued access or use of this website shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified agreement.
RETURN POLICY
All furniture items in the Grace Home Collection are custom made. Custom furniture orders are non-refundable but will be repaired or replaced if they are damaged during shipping.
All sales are final, so please ask any questions before ordering. We are pleased to email additional measurments or photos. We offer a 100% refund or product replacement on defective or damaged non-custom items.
We recommend obtaining finish samples or fabric swatches to be certain of color and texture before placing a custom furniture order.
MEASUREMENTS
We provide measurements of all our items to assist you with fit, placement and delivery. All dimensions are approximate. Please check the overall dimensions of furniture items to be sure they are able to be moved through doorways, hallways, stairways, elevators, etc. before placing your order. An item may fit into a room but be too large to make it through a doorway or the turn at the top of the stairs.
ALLERGENS
We often use feathers or down in our upholstered furniture pieces and pillows, which can cause sensitivity in some people. Additionally, certain fibers and finishes do release odors, especially when they are first delivered. Please advise us of any allergies or sensitivities prior to placing your order.
USE AND PURPOSE
The products created and sold by Grace Home Furnishings are for standard and customary residential usage only. These pieces are not to be used for other than their intended purpose.
PRODUCT CARE
We recommend reversing, rotating and fluffing of loose cushions every few days to ensure the most even wear. Do not drag furniture, always lift it to move – legs and casters can be damaged and also cause damage to your floors.
PAYMENT
We accept payments in US Dollars from Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping and delivery times are noted on each individual item our site. We ship only within the Continental United States at this time.
In stock accessories and small furniture items will be shipped via UPS within 10 days of receiving order.
Custom items have a production time of 6-8 weeks from the time any finish and fabric samples are approved. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the schedule of the delivery service.
Shipping costs on custom items vary depending on the delivery method used, the packing materials required and the distance they are traveling. Items may require crating or special packing materials. Please email us to obtain a shipping quote prior to placing your order.

Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to Grace Home Furnishings must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. Grace Home Furnishings’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. Grace Home Furnishings may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
NOTICE
Grace Home Furnishings may deliver notice to you under this Agreement by means of electronic mail, a general notice on this website, or by written communication delivered by first class U.S. mail to your address on record in our account information database.
SEVERABILITY
The provisions of this Agreement are severable, and in the event any provision hereof is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not in any way affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions hereof.
